After you pick up the key for your unit go to floor 52 and go to Staircase D on the right-handside of elevators.

Your lockbox combination(code) for the lockbox is: 7878

Open the following Lockbox that you see in the picture.

-Take ONLY the “remote control” which is similar to the picture below or brownish. it is used to open the garage door. Please lock the lockbox back scramble the digits to a random code.

-Head over to your car and drive off to Sheppard street ( T junction), turn toward the north ( Richmond Street). Make a Right turn. See below:

The ramp for the parking is attached to the building.

You ll see a downhill ramp to your right-handside attached to the building:

Note: it is across Impark downhill ramp. Don’t confuse it with that one.

• Use the remote to open the gate.

• Follow the signs to go to P4; very last spot #80 is yours.
• Take the elevators to G, and right across the lobby by the front desk take highrise elevators to your unit.

Note: The Elevator for parking is located separately from apartment elevators and is located to the left of the entrance glass sliding doors.

Note: to get out of parking, you won’t need the remote. Just approach the gates.

Note: On the last day, leave the remote back in the same lockbox on 51st floor. You don’t need Remote to get out of the garage at all.

Note: To avoid $250 penalty for a lost remote, please send me a picture of the remote when you put it back in the lockbox on your last day of stay.
