Breaking by-laws & Penalties
$450/guest/night will be applied if the number of registered and non-registered guests in cottage failed to be respected.
$750 penalty will be applied in case of smoking inside the cottage and rooms. Removing smell of smokes is impossible and causes us more than $1000 in deep cleaning services.
$750 penalty will be applied for excessive noise- we have smart built-in sensors that measure noise level and report an excessively loud noise.
Descriptions:
Excessive noise: A disruptive level of noise, like loud music, prolonged shouting, or repeated pounding or stomping. There is 0 noise tolerance anywhere close to our neighbors cottages. For your information, Smart built-in sensors by Noiseaware.io measures noise level and report excessive loud noise in real-time.
Major cleanliness concerns: Anything that requires excessive cleaning after a guest checks out. We don’t charge you full cleaning fees. This means extensive amounts of trash, debris, or food thrown throughout the property cause extra fees in cleaning which we have no choice but passing it to you. You are responsible for cleaning and dumping them into the garbage bins before your check-out.
Unauthorized guests: Any extra people visiting space or staying overnight than you have set in your reservation or disclosed to us. Any sort of casual gatherings above registered guests are off-limit (Not allowed). Please make an inquiry in advance of your checking if you needed to have none registered guests over regardless of staying overnight or not.
Unauthorized smoking: When one of the guests smokes inside the cottage. The cottage prohibits smoking (this includes the use of tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, etc.) inside the building and rooms. The smart built-in smoke detectors report in real-time.
Late Checkouts: Late checkout leads to a mess-up in our maids’ schedule and our next check-ins. Every 15 minute late check-out is considered an hour cleaning and fees will be applied.
