I appreciate if upon checkout you follow this procedure:
1) Leave the keys inside the unit, take a picture of them and send it over via phone or app,

2) Turn out the lights,

3) Turn off the AC/heat

****The cleaning fee you paid is a partial fee to what we pay cleaners ( we pay $150- $250 to maids).

1) Please make sure all garbage bags are wrapped and throw them in the chute,

2)Please keep all floors and counter tops clean.

3)Please wash all dishes and put them back where you found them.

4)Avoid putting make-up stains on towels

4) Put all the used towels in the laundry and drop in a little bit of detergent and run it before my maids’ arrival.

Note: Don’t bother with the bed Linens.
