Front door buzz at 70 Temerance st front door is: 9723.

You can always follow people in the elevators and when they used their fob, you can hit your floor and go up.

In this building we have 8 units:

1-Our units are in two different batches:

Units: 4004, 3202, 5014, 5102,

2- Lockers: The key for the main locker is located here in staircase 4c and code for lockbox is 1268. the lcoker is in the room next to this door.

-After you took the key from this lockbox, walk outside and open the door RIGHT next to the staircase 4C across the chute as you see below. there is a Bike sign on the door.

Open the above door next to Chute on 4th floor and

Locker #306 to your right.

-Second locker is on the main floor behind the elevators. Walk down the hallway where the elevators located on lobby. Tap the fob to open the door and walk till you see elevators back door. Don’t go to the loading dock where dumpsters are. The door across elevators is the locker.

Open the door and locker #351 is ours. You need the same key as the one on 4th-floor lockers.

Our unit here is unit 3705. You need to fob to get past front door, but don’t need fob to go up the elevators. you can also Buzz me at the front door to get in: Buzz= 2648

Leave the keys under fire hose next to the door of the unit after you are done. turn off lights and Acs and leave the door locked.

Housekeeping Checklist

  • Linens MUST be changed and washed- Linens must be folded cleanly and nicely and put away in the bags or closet. NEVER crumbled/wrinkled.
  • Under beds + Bases + the balcony windows MUST be maintained clean.
  • Fridge/Freezer/Microwave/Stove checked and cleaned if needed entirely
  • Countertops, tables, and shelves all being cleaned. No dust on them can be found.
  • Dishes must be cleaned and put back on the shelves. NO DISH ever stays in the dishwasher
  • Coffee maker/toaster/kettles cleaned
  • Washroom including bathtub/curtain/tap are totally cleaned.
  • Floors MUST be swept and mopped WITH Water+Pine Sol to leave a good smell for guests- Avoid stickiness of the floor by diluting pine sol
  • Curtains and couches must be cleaned off of for any stains or dirts
  • Balcony must be checked for any garbage, incidents such vomits, foods, and TOTALLY get cleaned and swept or mopped.
  • Walls checked for any marks and Reported to be Erased. No Drink spills stay on the wall.

Supplies

  • Supplies including hand-soap, shampoo, body wash, mouthwash and toothpaste must be available on counters or bath and reported to refill ahead of time.
  • Toilet paper, bath and face towels for minimum 3-4 guests MUST be available
  • Garbage bags replaced and some extra ones put in the bin for guests.
  • Dryer, laundry, washer must be empty before you leave. Turned off to avoid beeping. Guests complain about this a lot
  • Purchase orders are sent if needed any tools or supplies to be purchased.

Turn off lights and AC/Heat before you leave.

Keys

Lock the door and Put the keys back in Lockbox.
