Thanks for booking my Cottage and hope you had a great stay.
Step 1: Cleaning
The cleaning fee we charge is a partial fee to what we pay cleaners ( we pay $450 to maids for taking care of this huge cottage). Please follow the steps below before you leave:
- Make sure the BBQ machine is clean and left as found before your checkout.
- Please make sure all garbage bags are wrapped and put in bins INSIDE Shed to the right of the house- when facing the road.
- DO not leave the shed open as animals will go in and rip all the bags and create a mess for us and neighbors.
- Do not mix recycling and garbage, please. The city penalizes.
- Please keep all floors and countertops clean.
- Please wash all dishes and put them back where you found them.
- Avoid putting make-up stains on towels
- Clear front and back yards off of any littering or garbage.
- Our maids are older and can’t move furniture around. Please return them where they were initially. This is much appreciated.
- No need to wash or do anythings with linens

Check-out – Lights & ACs & Heat, key
- Once you are checking out,Turn off the lights and put Heats on 10 degrees. Digit 10 for all rooms. Make sure it is set back to 10 in all rooms.
- Please leave your keys inside the lockbox and scramble the code.
- Send a picture of the key in lockbox.
Check-out – Time
- Checkout is 11am or earlier on the last day. MAKE sure don’t leave later unless we approved it.
